The Stability Bar is made from high-density resin and PVC. Designed to improve stability (shoulder stabilizers), it offers optimal flexibility and durability. It's optimized to channel the oscillating kinetic energy of weighted bands and discs, helping to develop muscular stability that ensures proper joint function. This bar allows you to work on your landings, bench press, squats, and any other movement where stability is a key factor in performance improvement.
