The Concept2 rower features an aluminum monorail that supports up to 220 kg with a stainless steel track for added lightness and strength. Its sliding seat ensures optimal comfort and provides a complete leg muscle workout.
It has a stainless steel wheel cage; when you row the wheel powers the PM5 monitor.

The screen has a USB port for adding training programs and is compatible with ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors.
